Experience Extreme Adirondack High Adventure

During the winter months the Adirondacks become one of the most popular locations in the country for winter outdoor activities as the entire area becomes a frozen playground.

Spend a winter weekend with Summit Base and our guides will instruct your group in basic winter outdoor skills such as camping, cooking and safety.

Winter Camping
If you are going to snowshoe to an ice climb in the mountains you might as well get the full experience and stay overnight in the wilderness. Winter survival skills are taught as well as winter food preparation and cooking, cold weather backpacking skills and winter mountaineering safety. See most awesome winter landscapes and become a part of an Adirondack tradition.

Trek coordinators will discuss proper winter clothing with you before your arrival to ensure a fun and safe experience.
